Checking In (1/??)

It's been a while. I knew I would never maintain a regular writing presence online, but I always surprise myself at just how inconsistent I am.

Here's a short recap of what's been going on.

On August 7th 2023, my partner and I welcomed our first child into the world. Miles couldn’t be more perfect.

The initial experiences have been pretty much what everyone else says: no sleep, lots of diapers, tears, and joy. I'm interested in what life will look like at all of the various milestones Miles will reach.

Baldurs Gate 3

First experience with the series. Not what I expected gameplay-wise, but refreshing.

Texas Chainsaw Massacre

Improves upon the async survival multiplayer genre, adding more tactics and variety to the survivor arsenal.

Super Mario Bros 2

Because why not.
